Our Conference Speakers
Dr Scott Wilson
Based in Denmark for over 20 years, Scott has been a leadership trainer and coach to church leaders. He is the President of Eurolead.net, a network of churches in Europe. He is also the founder and Director of the Institute for Creativity, Leadership and Management (ICLM).
Scott travels extensively, teaching and training leaders on building great churches. He holds two master's degrees, one in theology and the other in organisational development. He also holds a doctorate from an adjunct college of Liverpool University. He has authored eight books. Scott is married to Linda who pastors churches in Denmark. He has two adult children.
Pastor Paul Benger
Paul Benger, along with his wife Jeannie, founded IKON CHURCH in 1987, which now has multiple locations in Chesterfield, Sheffield, and Stocksbridge. As the Lead Pastor, he not only oversees the growth and development of IKON CHURCH but is the senior leader in the Ground Level Network. This network spans across the UK and beyond, comprising over 80 churches.
Paul is widely respected as a leader in various spheres, and his passion lies in establishing contemporary and relevant churches. Moreover, he actively invests in equipping others with the same vision. In his personal life, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, which includes three sons and three grandchildren.
His hobbies include golf, collecting vinyl records, and indulging in reading.
Pastor PJ Stenstrand
Per-Johan Stenstrand, affectionately known as "PJ" is the pastor of Lifecenter Church Sweden, a thriving multicampus church deeply rooted in the heartland of the nation.
Pastor PJ exudes an infectious and uplifting personality, making him a true encourager.
As a gifted author, he penned the inspiring book "Comeback" and has earned a reputation as a Pastor of Pastors. Forever young at heart, his fervour for church planting has been a catalyst for training and empowering emerging leaders. Under his ministry, Lifecenter Church has established vibrant congregations not only in Scandinavia but also in diverse locations such as Thailand, Uganda, and Canada.
He and his wife Ulrica have two children and two grandchildren.
