Life City is celebrating 25 years since its very first gathering in 2001—a milestone that reflects God’s faithfulness through every season. Over the years, we’ve seen lives transformed, people set free, hearts healed, and many established in a strong and lasting faith. Life City has grown into a community that inspires people to truly know God and to live lives that reflect the character of Christ in everyday life.
Empower Conference is rooted in our 2026 theme, “Empowered to Expand,” inspired by 1 Chronicles 4:9–10—the Prayer of Jabez. This is more than a theme; it’s an invitation to recognise that God empowers His people by His Spirit—not just for personal growth, but so that His Kingdom can expand through us into the world around us.

Our Conference Speakers
Jonathan & Chloe Gullo
Pastors Jonathan and Chloe Gullo lead the thriving Suncoast Church on Australia’s beautiful Sunshine Coast. Passionate about the life-changing power of the Gospel, they are dedicated to seeing people encounter Jesus and discover God’s purpose for their lives through the local church.
Known for their inspiring and engaging communication, Jono and Chloe carry a heart to build faith, empower people, and strengthen the Church. They have been happily married for 15 years and are parents of two children.
Ross Abraham
Ross Abraham serves as the Executive Leader of INC Australia alongside
his wife, Kathy. For more than 30 years, they have been dedicated to building
thriving local churches, raising and equipping leaders, and planting churches.
Ross carries a wealth of wisdom, experience, and practical insight, delivering messages that both inspire and challenge people to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ..
Ross and Kathy are also the founders of Beautiful Crazy, a remarkable charity that provides support and hope for families navigating the challenges of ICU environments.

Life City Worship is vibrant, faith-filled, joyful, and completely centred on Jesus.

Your Hosts
Steve & Nicky Sutherland
Steve and Nicky are the senior leaders of Life City Church. Steve's background was in education and in particular in the training and development of leaders. This is still a primary focus of his work in the church and further afield where he speaks, consults and trains leaders from various community and business sectors. Nicky is a pharmacist and works locally in the South Croydon area. They have three grown children and three grandchildren.
Life City is part of INC - International Network of Churches, a movement of churches across the globe. Steve has served on the UK and World Board of INC helping to resource its churches and leaders.
