What we value
The Foundation of our Beliefs:
The foundation of our beliefs is the timeless truth of the Bible, which we believe to be the Inspired word of God. We believe that salvation is a gift from God, provided through the death and resurrection of Jesus. The grace of God and forgiveness of sin is available to everyone who calls on his Name.
Vision Statement
We see a growing church where people are inspired to become all God has called them to be, raised and equipped as courageous leaders, empowered to live transformed lives, and sent to bring lasting change.
Mission Statement
Life City exists to reach people with the love of Jesus and see lives restored, equipped, and released into their God-given purpose.
Our mission statement is the heartbeat that drives everything we do. It's a call to action, a reminder that we're here to make a difference, to bring people to Jesus, and to see lives transformed by the power of the gospel.
Life at Life City
We invite everyone who calls Life City Church their home church to participate in the ministry and grow their faith through these ways:
Serve on Team

What we believe:
Life City Church Beliefs
See how we view God, Jesus, the Bible, man and many significant aspects of our faith.
Firmly rooted in scripture, the beliefs of Life City guide our decisions as a church.

The Bible

We believe every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful in one way or another. Revealing truth, correcting our mistakes and encouraging us with practical principles to live God's way. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible and authorititative Word of God. It is fully relevant for humanity today to live as God intended.
The Trinity

We believe in one God, existing in three distinct persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit; known as the Trinity.
The Father

We believe God is great: He is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, unchanging, completely worthy of our trust and above all, holy. It is in Him that we live, move and exist. God is good. He is our Father. He is loving, compassionate, and faithful to His people and His promises.
The Son

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, God made flesh, born of virgin, lived a sinless life and offered Himself as the redeeming sacrifice for the sins of humanity. Crucified upon a cross, rising bodily from the dead and ascended to heaven.
The Holy Spirit

We believe in the present-day ministry of the Holy Spirit, His indwelling and outpouring upon the life of a Christian enabling us to live an effective and godly life.
Eternity

People were crated to exist forever. They will exist either eternally separated from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is Heaven. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.
Man

We believe Man is made in the image of God and is the supreme object of His creation. Man was created to have fellowship with God but became separated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man cannot attain a right relationship with God through his own effort. Every human personality is uniquely created, possesses dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love.
Salvation

We believe that salvation is through Christ alone. The shed blood of Jesus provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Salvation is based upon confession of belief in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Church

We believe that the church is the body of Christ of which Jesus is the head. The purpose of the church is to worship God, encourage and edify those in membership and fulfil the great commission: preaching the word, making disciples, and demonstrating the love of God. We believe in the importance of scriptural practices; water baptism, taking communion, teaching the word, prayer and fellowship.
